Starcraft 2 – a spectacular game
Finally, we had the chance to play Starcraft 2 and it is needed to be stated that it is a spectacular game. Of course, it hasn’t the same success as the first Starcraft game, but taking into account all the improvements and features it is a revolutionary game for this category. You can see more recommended options, but trust me this is the best.
This game has kept the golden gameplay which is one the really deserved to be kept. All you have to do is to take your mouse and to join the campaign together with our here Jim Raynor, with whom we are used too from the first game and with the special add-on Brood War(register for best info and benefit straight from your first game).
As I said above the game has many improvements, especially the campaign which has now many new RPG elements – that means that you don’t pass to the next mission by simply pushing some buttons and waiting for a text to appear on the screen, now you have an entire ship that you can command, but I will let you discover the benefits by yourself since I don’t want to become a spoiler. I have created this article to highlight the good elements of this game, to make you start to play it from this moment on and check important details.
In this game you will have a shed where you can gather all the available units until that moment, units that can be improved considerably. These improvements are appealing because they are new, but unfortunately you can’t use them besides the campaign.
You will also have the option to ride at the ship’s bar to see the news. You can recruit mercenaries, surcharge of course – they have an attack bonus and higher level of life than the normal units and they are a real godsend when you can develop enough and using them you can create the army that you need.
To not forget about one important thing you will have also the command center of the ships from where you will have the chance to choose the missions that you want to complete, but be careful because in some moments you will have to choose between two important missions and your choice will affect the rest of the game.
Another good side of the game are the movies before missions that have as a role to tell you all about that missions and give you the chance to think and analyze your strategies. All the missions are pretty complex and various and they make the game to be appealing, interesting and in some cases you may find yourself in the spot to have lost a couple of good hours of your life and not even realize that.
To conclude, Starcraft 2 is an amazing game, not that amazing like the first one, but let’s face it is more than we expected.
